AS-CFF
Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Fans with Active Carbon Filter
AS-CFF fans are designed for industrial and commercial kitchens such as those in hotels and restaurants, where the exhaust air from kitchen hoods must not disturb guests. The fan is supplied as standard with a grease trap filter, a G2 dust filter and an active carbon filter. The slide-in design of the filters and the fan makes cleaning and maintenance easy.
The casing is made of galvanized sheet steel with an electrostatic powder coating and rectangular connections. It can be installed as a cabinet unit or in-line, with horizontal air discharge. Backward-curved aluminium impellers, balanced to ISO 1940-1, cover sizes from Ø400 to Ø560 mm.
The 4-pole external-rotor motors have IP44 protection and class F insulation, are designed for single-phase supply and are rated for S1 and S2 duty. Versions for 50 Hz and 60 Hz supplies are available. Operating air temperature: −20 °C to +50 °C. Standards: IEC 60335-2-80, ISO 1940-1.
