Data we process

When you use the contact form: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country, the model you ask about and your message. For protection against misuse, the IP address of the request is used briefly and not stored with your message.

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors.

Member accounts (datasheet downloads)

If you register to download datasheets: name, e-mail address, company, country, phone number, profession or company type, your password (stored only as an irreversible hash), membership status and date of last sign-in. We use these details to check registrations, give approved members access to detailed datasheets and contact you about your account or requests. Legal basis: performance of the membership you request (KVKK art. 5/2-c, GDPR art. 6/1-b). Account data is stored on Google Cloud (Firestore) servers in the European Union and kept until you ask us to delete your account; rejected applications are deleted.

Signed-in members receive one technically necessary session cookie (aeromis_member, 30 days); it is not used for tracking.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your details only to answer your request, prepare a selection or quotation and follow up on it. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c, GDPR art. 6/1-b) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (KVKK art. 5/2-f, GDPR art. 6/1-f).

Recipients and transfer

Your message is delivered by e-mail to our sales team. The website is hosted on Google Cloud servers in the European Union, and e-mail is delivered through our e-mail service provider; these providers process the data only on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Retention

We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and as required by law; then they are deleted.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 and the GDPR you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and request a copy of your data. Send your request to info@aeromis.com. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
