AS-AX-SP

Industrial Plastic Blade Axial Fans

AS-AX-SP axial fans with plastic blades have a square body that allows easy wall mounting. A protective wire guard and electrostatic powder coating are provided as standard, and the blades can be produced in aluminium on request. The body is made of galvanized sheet steel and has a prismatic connection. Besides wall mounting, in-line and roof installation are possible, with horizontal or vertical air discharge. The 5-blade plastic impellers, balanced to ISO 1940-1, cover sizes from Ø400 to Ø1,000 mm. The direct-drive, totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) 4-pole WAT motors have IP55 protection and class F insulation and are rated for continuous S1 duty. IE3 efficiency is standard; IE4 and EC motors are available on request. Versions for 400 V 3~ 50 Hz and 380 V 3~ 60 Hz supplies are available. Operating air temperature: −20 °C to +50 °C. Standards: IEC 60335-2-80, ISO 1940-1.
