Commercial Cabinet Kitchen Hood Fans
AS-SDF-M cabinet kitchen hood fans connect to kitchen hoods and extract smoke from stoves, grills and frying counters, preventing heavy odours. The fan is delivered enclosed; a cover panel on the required side is removed and the duct is connected there. An easy-access panel allows impeller cleaning, and the motor, outside the airflow, is not affected by oily, sooty and hot air.
The casing is made of galvanized sheet steel with rectangular connections. It can be installed as a cabinet unit or in-line, with horizontal or vertical discharge. Backward-curved galvanized impellers cover sizes from Ø280 to Ø560 mm.
Direct-drive 4-pole WAT asynchronous motors (TEFC) with IP55 protection and class F insulation are rated for continuous S1 duty. IE3 efficiency is standard; IE4 and EC motors are available on request. 50 Hz and 60 Hz versions are available. Operating air temperature: −20 °C to +120 °C. Standards: IEC 60335-2-80, ISO 1940-1.
